Rebbeca Marie Gómez better known as Becky G, is an American singer and actress. She began to have recognition in 2011 after having uploaded several videos of herself performing remixes of popular songs on YouTube.
Biography

Rebbeca MarieGómez was born on March 2, 1997 and was raised in Inglewood, California. She isthe daughter of Alejandra and Francisco "Frank" Gómez. Her fourgrandparents are from Jalisco, Mexico, while her parents and most of her familywere born in the United States. She has two brothers and a younger sister. Hegrew up in poverty in Moreno Valley and when he was nine years old his familylost his home and moved to the converted garage of his grandparents' house dueto financial problems. He started working part-time to help support his family,doing commercials and dubbing She had what she described as a "middle-aged crisis" when she was nine years old, and decided that she wanted to pursue a started working part-time to help  musical career.
